Compensation Structure

We want to be transparent about our current financial situation and compensation structure:

1. Unpaid Positions: Due to budget constraints, some positions may be unpaid. This means that employees in these roles will need to work on a voluntary basis. We understand that this is not ideal, and we truly appreciate the dedication and passion of those who choose to contribute their time and skills.

2. Bi-Monthly Percentage-Based Payment: For certain positions, we offer a bi-monthly payment structure based on a percentage of the company's revenue. This means that employees in these roles will receive a share of the profits generated by xxavvMusik every two months. The exact percentage will depend on the position and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Why This Approach?

- Budget Constraints: As a growing company, we are currently operating on a limited budget. While we are working hard to secure additional funding and revenue streams, we do not yet have the financial resources to offer regular salaries to all employees.
