At xxavvMusik, we are committed to protecting the creative rights of our artists while ensuring that fans and creators understand how our music can and cannot be used. This policy outlines the rules for using xxavvMusik-owned or distributed music.
🚫 What You CANNOT Do Without Permission
❌ Import our artists' music into social media platforms manually (e.g., uploading a song file to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Only songs available in the platform’s official music library may be used.
❌ Use xxavvMusik music in videos, films, advertisements, podcasts, livestreams, or other media without explicit permission.
❌ Monetize content using xxavvMusik music without a proper license.
❌ Re-upload, remix, or re-distribute our music on any platform without authorization.
❌ Claim ownership or falsely represent any xxavvMusik-owned recordings.
✅ What You CAN Do
👍 Use our music in content on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) if it is officially available in the platform’s music library.
👍 Share links to official xxavvMusik releases from streaming services.
👍 Create reaction videos or reviews, as long as the music is not the main focus and you comply with fair use laws.
👍 Embed official xxavvMusik videos and songs from our official platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify).
🎼 Artist-Specific Permissions & Restrictions
Artists signed with xxavvMusik may have custom restrictions or allowances regarding how their music can be used. Some artists allow their songs to be used in certain non-commercial projects, while others may require stricter licensing.

💙 Special Permissions for Non-Profits & Fan Projects
You may be eligible for a discounted license or specialty license allowance. xxavvMusik recognizes the importance of non-profits and fan communities in supporting music and culture. While our standard restrictions still apply, we may offer special permissions for:
✔️ Non-profit organizations using our music for charitable, educational, or awareness-based content.
✔️ Fan projects such as tributes, dance covers, or non-commercial creative works.
If you believe your project qualifies, please email copyright@xmusik.space with details. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
🎤 Covers & Remixes
The ability to create covers or remixes of xxavvMusik songs depends on the individual artist’s policy. Some artists allow covers and remixes, while others do not.
📩 If you would like to create a cover or remix, you must email copyright@xmusik.space for approval.
Important Notes:

If an artist approves your cover, you may still need to credit the original creator and/or obtain a distribution license.

Unauthorized remixes, mashups, or modifications of xxavvMusik-owned music are not permitted unless explicitly approved.

Any unlicensed cover or remix that is monetized or uploaded to streaming platforms may be taken down.

Need to Use xxavvMusik Music? Here's How
If you need to use xxavvMusik music for films, podcasts, videos, commercials, livestreams, or other projects, you must get permission first.

2️⃣ Purchase a License: Visit our Licensing Page to buy the appropriate license for your project.
