xTS Beta Tester Agreement

Welcome to the xxavvTechnologies Beta Tester Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). These terms outline your responsibilities as a beta tester and explain how your access to our beta products may be managed or revoked.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility and Participation

By joining the Program, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained verified parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• You are voluntarily testing pre-release software, features, or services still in development.

• You understand these beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or unstable performance.

2. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all beta materials and information confidential unless publicly released by xxavvTechnologies.

You may not:

• Share screenshots, videos, or internal details from the Program.

• Discuss or review beta products on public forums, websites, or social media.

• Reverse engineer or tamper with any xxavvTechnologies beta software.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program and potential legal consequences.

3. License and Usage

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use beta software solely for testing purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use beta software commercially.

• Share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.

• Attempt to exploit bugs or security flaws.

4. Activity & Sandbox Participation Requirements

As a tester, you’re expected to remain actively engaged with the Program.

• Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for 50 consecutive days may be deactivated without warning.

• Participation: You are expected to complete or actively participate in at least one sandbox every 10 to 15 days.

• Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the Program.

5. Account Standing: Traffic Light Status System

All tester accounts are monitored through our Traffic Light Account Status System:

⬜ White =  0 infractions (Good standing)

🟩 Green = 1 infraction (Warning/First strike)

🟨 Yellow = 2 infractions (48-hour suspension/Second strike)

🟥 Red = 3 infractions (Permanent ban + blacklist from Program (Third strike))

Infractions may result from:

• Violating participation or activity requirements

• Breaking confidentiality

• Abusing software or platform features

6. Appeals

You may appeal any infraction or account deactivation once via the official appeal form:

We do not accept appeals through email or any other platform. 

All appeal decisions are final and irreversible. Multiple appeals for the same incident will not be reviewed.

7. Feedback & Issue Reporting

As a beta tester, you play a vital role in improving our products.

• You are encouraged to submit bug reports, feature feedback, and performance notes.

• Reports should be sent through official channels (forms, designated email, or in-app tools).

• You may also be invited to participate in surveys, interviews, or follow-up testing.

Submission of feedback does not guarantee implementation or public acknowledgment.

8. No Compensation

Participation in the Program is voluntary and unpaid. You will not receive compensation, credit, or rewards for testing unless explicitly stated by xxavvTechnologies.

All beta software is provided “as is”, without any guarantees:

• Features may be unstable or removed without notice.

• Data loss may occur.

• Services may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

9. Data Collection & Privacy

During the Program, we may collect anonymized diagnostic and usage data to improve product performance. This includes:

• Error logs and crash reports

• Feature usage statistics

• Device and environment data

Personal information will not be sold or shared. Review our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your beta access at any time, with or without notice, especially if:

• You breach any terms of this Agreement

• You remain inactive or fail to meet sandbox participation guidelines

• The Program ends or transitions out of beta

11. Agreement Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation after updates will be considered acceptance of the revised Agreement. Significant changes will be communicated to you directly via email.
