Musik Two is the second studio album by American artist xxavv, released on June 2, 2023. The album marked a significant departure from the sound and themes of his debut, Musik One, embracing a heavier, rock-influenced production and exploring darker subject matter. Lyrically, the album addresses issues such as suicidal ideation, hate bandwagoning, online harassment, and feelings of betrayal and disillusionment with the music community.

The shift in tone and style was largely inspired by xxavv’s personal experiences following the release of Musik One. In the months that followed, he encountered fans and peers who publicly praised his music while privately disparaging it, contributing to a wave of insincerity and criticism that deeply affected him. In response, xxavv channeled this frustration and pain into the creation of Musik Two, using the album as a vehicle for emotional honesty and catharsis.

The album was preceded by three singles: “Difference” (March 4, 2023), “Still In Love” (April 2, 2023), and “Disrespectful” (May 7, 2023). A fourth single, “You Wanna Be Me,” was released the day after the album on June 3, 2023. To support the release, xxavv embarked on the M2 “Tour”—a series of eight livestream concert events held between June and August 2023.

On December 16, 2023, xxavv released Resonance: Musik Two, a documentary that chronicles the making of the album, its thematic core, and the personal challenges that shaped its sound and message.
