The xxavv FanClub provides members with special access to exclusive content, events, perks, and materials. These are Exclusives for a reason, they are meant only for those within the FanClub community.

By joining the FanClub and accessing any Exclusives, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Sharing of Exclusives

• You may not record, screenshot, screen-capture, distribute, repost, or otherwise share any Exclusives (including but not limited to music, videos, events, invites, digital downloads, photos, or written content) outside of the FanClub.

• Exclusives are for your personal enjoyment only.

2. Agreement to Compliance

• By attending an event, redeeming a perk, or accessing any Exclusive, you automatically agree to this Policy.

• If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing the Exclusive.

3. Enforcement & Legal Action

• Any unauthorized sharing of Exclusives will result in an immediate DMCA takedown.

• You also grant xxavv, xxavvMusik, and our affiliates the right to pursue full legal action against you for damages caused by unauthorized distribution.

4. Respect the Community

• The FanClub exists to create a trusted and close community.

• Respecting these rules ensures everyone continues to receive special experiences.
